Welcome to the South Tahoe High School Web!  This newly designed website will allow you to become better connected with South Tahoe High as well as give you more detailed information about academics, activities, sports and more.  The theme for this year is "Proud To Be Vikings!"  We are proud of the students graduating from our school and plan to highlight our students' academic, artistic and athletic accomplishments throughout the year.  

South Tahoe High School is a California Distinguished Comprehensive High School located on the South Shore of Lake Tahoe.  Nestled in the Lake Tahoe National Forest, South Tahoe High is an AVID National Demonstration School and is accredited by the Western Association of School and Colleges.  We are proud to offer many opportunities and programs to help our students succeed including:

• A Wide Variety of Academic Offerings, including Language Support and Advanced Placement (AP)
• Championship Sports Teams including Skiing, Soccer, Football and Cross Country Running
• Comprehensive Artistic Endeavors such as Theatre, Band, Art and Television/Film
• A Developing Career and Technical Education Program Providing all Students with the Tools to Succeed 
• A Strong Academic and Personal Counseling Program to Help Students Find their Niche and Continue on to College, Technical School or Life.
